My name is Jacqueline (aka Jackie) — a project manager and integrated marketing professional based in Central Florida, with 9+ years of experience leading cross-functional work across B2B and B2C environments.

At heart, I’m a creative problem solver and a marketing “Swiss army knife.” I’m comfortable stepping into whatever a project needs, whether that’s shaping strategy, refining messaging, coordinating teams, or finding smarter, more efficient ways to move things forward.

My background in marketing and communications allows me to pair operational rigor with strategic thinking. I care deeply about doing work that resonates, but I know strong outcomes come from strong processes: clear briefs, thoughtful planning, and consistent communication.

I believe people are what make brands and organizations successful. The best work happens when teams are aligned, communication is clear, and relationships are intentionally built and maintained across every touchpoint.

On a more personal note, I love reading, traveling to the mountains, volunteering at my church, quoting The Office incessantly, and spending time with my husband, baby daughter and two rescue pups.
